Raven (RAVN) jumped more than 49% on Monday after CNH stated it would buy the firm for a 33.6 per cent premium to its four-week volume-weighted average stock price. CNH is the world's second-biggest agricultural equipment manufacturer, whereas Raven produces precision agriculture and high-altitude balloon goods.
